Who are we?

This is a new group hoping to fill a gap in demand for all you Politics and Current Affairs enthusiasts out there. We hope to offer a place to meet like minded individuals, view and submit politcally motivated artwork and take part in frequent polls and discussions on current issues.

As somebody who has been active in the Politics Forum I noticed that there was no group on DA where members could meet and share their work and opinions together. State of Affairs hopes to offer just that.

Plans

We will soon be running a weekly journal debate topic, art contests, featured artists in journal updates and much more so please join us and watch this space!

Join Us

As a new group gaining members is critical, so please spread the word. To join simply add us to your watch list and we will add you back. Please note that this club offers a place to share all kinds of opinions and everybody is welcome.

Submit Your Work

If you have created some Politically meaningful or motivated artwork and would like to see it in the clubs gallery, please follow the following steps;

1) Send a note to the club account with the original link to the Deviation and a short overview of the meaning behind the piece.

2) You will later recieve notification of whether or not your piece will be submitted.

Notes;

You may only submit 1 deviation per week, per user account.

Remember that the meaning behing a piece of art is just as important as the art itself.

Rules

We do not wish to suppress any views, therefore be mindful of others when discussing matters which are particularly liable to offend others and please ensure you think before you act.

Discussions and opinions are not personal, so please dont take them that way.
